I'm almost done with my m16a4 clone and I"m looking at sling options.  In the past, I've used VTAC slings on the carbines.  I will have a m5 ras system on this rifle and was looking at options to mounting the sling.  I've seen some universal adapters for the front end.  Anyone with sling/adapter suggestions?  I'm going buttstock adapter on the rear, 2 point sling (quick adjustable is what I'm looking for), and a front handguard adapter.  I don't want a picatinny rail adapter on the front.

Not sure what you mean.

I've seen there there is a nylon "adapter" wrapped around the handguard and it is attached to the sling.  That is what I'm looking for.  I don't want the sling adapter that attaches to a rail.
