Hey guys, question....

I am over the 16" carbine length gas system and am wondering which route is more practical. This lower is SBR's for my LMT 10.5, and I am going to suppress this and the 10.5 upper one day, so I am a little reluctante have it cut to 14.7 and perm'd when I am still not sure which suppressor/FH I will be running down the road. Do yall think I should just have ADCO cut it to 14.5 and just shoot it as an SBR with standard A2 until I figure out which suppressor route I am going, then maybe perm down the road?

Thanks

P

If the lower is already SBR why you want to pin it.

If you are going to use it on another lower I understand but if not you can have more than one SBR upper for you Reg. lower.

Oh 14.5 no pin.

SBR not as easy to take out of state as a 14.7 perm.

14.7", good long term plan w/ options.
EDIT: Could you perm a YHM that accepts the suppressor?

That xtra .2" will get you more velocity.

The 14.7" will let you pin on standard length flash hiders (to reach 16").
