So suppose you wanted to eliminate as much plastic from your EBR as possible.

You can get "retro" collapsing carbine stocks that are aluminum.
You can get aluminum float tubes or rails/guards for the front.
Does anyone make aluminum pistol grips?

Anyone have a photo of a non-plastic rifle?

There are wood parts for Ar's too. That would satisfy your criteria.
