Does anyone know how to correctly read the dates stamped inside these 30 round mags.  If for example there are no dates on the outside of the mag, but inside there are two sets of dates.  So for example if on one side there is a K4 and 90 and on the other side there ia a 04 and 90, would I be correct is sayimg that the k4 and 04 indicates it was manu. in April and the 90 means in was manu. in 1990.

My question is how can someone be certain that the mag described was made in 1990 instead of 2006?  Would the year be read looking through from the top, which reads as 90 or from the bottom of the mag, where in that case you would be reading 06.

Any mag experts out there?

Should I have posted this in the magazine section?
