Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - S&W M&P Front Sight Base, who makes them? what other brands work with S&W barrel?

Can anyone help me out? I have a S&W barrel, 5.45x39 that I sold the FSB for a few months back, replaced it with a flip, now I want to put a A2 FSB back on it. any info would help. Tried to put a Bushmaster FSB on it but it was short and the holes didnt line up.

Not sure about that model, but on my ORC, Troy made the gas block/mount.

good luck..........the original was held in place with a jig and drilled for that barrel...........I would measure the diameter of the barrel at the fsb and if it around............750............go with the Armalite clamp on......otherwise get with someone, preferably a gunsmith......who can set one up and drill one to match yur existing pin holes in the barre./////////
