I think you went in the right direction. If she runs as good as she looks than you've done good.

Nice upgrades, on the whole.

My suggestions:

-dump the Eotech, get an Aimpoint T-1 in a Larue tall mount
-dump the ambi selector switch
-dump the accuwedge

And be prepared for the "Surprise" part of your ejection port cover to wear off over time, leaving just "Cock Fag."

+1 to everything vmpglenn said.

Eotech's are known for taking a dump. I had one do so and run only aimpoints now.
You can still manipulate the selector with your index finger if firing from you support side. but I guess it doesn't hurt to have a ambi safety.
Never been a fan of putting wedges or shock buffs in my weapons.

oh and ask Badsvt about the cock fag thing!

I'm normally a KISS fan, but that looks pretty sweet.  Bring on the zombies.

Looks awesome. It's amazing how much more you can do with a rifle when you're not bound by stupid regulations.....if only we didn't have the

barrel length restrictions.....

I like it!

VERY similar to mine... RRA entry tac, only differences are XTR14, TD vfg, ladder rail covers, MOE stock, I haven't gotten around to the FSC556 yet but it's coming.

What do you think about the FSC556 compensator?  I just bought one and haven't installed it yet.

Wondering why you suggest dumping the ambi safety.

I shoot both lefty and righty, my LMT came with the ambi, if it didn't I would have added it. All my 1911'a have a ambi safety too. What is your reason for this advice?

I think we have similar tastes in accessories.  Here is my LMT, (YES IT STILL NEEDS SIGHTS AND A CHARGING  HANDLE).  Just got the upper back from ADCO after having the FSB shaved down, the rail installed and the flash hider pinned.

looks good

I agree on the port cover. Otherwise, the final incarnation looks pretty swank.

Yep, I practice strong side and support side shooting/manipulations as well. I just see the ambi safety as another potential failure point on the carbine and unnecessary given the TTPs available for support side stuff.

Just my opinion, of course.
