It looks like your barrel indexing could be off.
If you look at the direction of rotation and how the ramps are misaligned, it has all the indications of a barrel indexing problem.
During barrel torquing, if there is enough play in the index slot of the upper receiver, the barrel can rotate slightly and the index pin can come to rest against the L/H side of the index slot of the upper receiver.
If this is the case, as it might be with your upper receiver, the feed ramps would be off in the direction indicated.
If the weapon zeros fine, and has no FTF issues, you could just leave it be. If you have the tools and the know-how, it might be correctable with 20 minutes worth of work.
Again, if your not having issues with the rifle you might elect to let it be as is.
