I'm using PMC Bronze 55gr ammo for practice (3200 fps muzzle velocity)... The actual dot right now sits at 2 9/16" from the center of the barrel....

Just trying to be helpfull,, have you chronographed that lot of ammo fired out of your gun?     actual velocities help make a better balistics chart.

Just as an FYI, that 3200 fps muzzle velocity is probably from a 24" barrel.

Now if you actually went outside and shot at say  25, 50, 75, 100, 125 yards, etc wouldn't you then have the "real world" information on YOUR rifle and YOUR ammo?

No ballistics chart required!  Might even borrow a chrony for the complete picture.

Anybody gonna actually teach him to fish?

http://www.huntingnut.com/files/pointblank/PointBlankCRBSv18a.zip

Download that program and play with the trajectory tool. You can get the flight path for any bullet and velocity.

FYI, ballistic coefficient for M193 is typically .243 and M855/SS109 is typically .304
