How do you install these things?  Just force it over the rail?  This hard plastic seems like it might break...

Which ones you got? The really low pro ones need to be slid on, front to back.

Got it.  Mine are Low Profile (the really low ones).  What worked for me was to get it started on one end, and then press straight down on the rail, working from one end to the other.
