I am a happy new owner of my first AR15.....it is the Stag Arms stage 1.....picked it up 100 bucks under new price, It's a 2008 gun, came with all the new gun "stuff in the box" and barely fired. Came with a surefire light mount under the forearm handle with the flashlight, and a 5.11 sling....Needless to say I came upon your site and it looks like it will take me ages to filter through the information. Just saying HI

My local gun shop (virginia arms) have awesome people working there with good knowlege and many products....after speaking to the shop owner for a while came down to this one....I wanted the removable carry handle so I can add optics later (like to shoot iron sites before adding scopes) convenced me it's better to have the fixed front site and remove it later (if I want) than to get the railed version with the removable front site.....soooo many options and really happy with what I'm reading about Stag's products.  Looking forward to getting out and putting a few rounds through it soon I hope! Hate having a new toy sitting there unfired lol

In a couple of months, it won't look like the same gun. This site is a great research tool.

BE careful with that as that couch will get lint on it. Stag is an excellent choice.

Maybe.
There is nothing wrong with leaving it as is.
Spend the money on ammo.
