I just wanted to get your guy's opinions on the toys I'm going to most likely order later today for my AR15.

I'm going to get the new Aimpoint Micro T-1 on a SAR-3 ring to go on my Super sniper scope and a Lee Challenger Breech Lock Single Stage Press Kit and possibly some new pmags. If I don't get the press I can get a UBR stock and MIAD grip or even a Bobro bipod.

Here is my gun now: Sorry for the big pic.

Here is the T-1 on a SAR-3 mount from Tactical Night Vision Home Page that I want to get:

I was just curious what you guys thought about the other stuff (pros/cons) besides the red dot as I'm 100% sure on getting that.
Thanks.

The Aimpoint is a good toy!  I have one for my new build-in-progress.

Get the press.  I'm not familiar with the Lee line other than they make good stuff.  Make sure you get one that's upgradable to "progressive".

I'm leaning towards the press because I really want to start shooting in competitions and need good ammo for it. It's just tempting because the press doesn't have that tacticool factor going for it, although I'm sure I'd be much happier at the end of the day shooting good match quality stuff compared to PMC bronze like I've been shooting.

Well, I ordered the Aimpoint T-1 and SAR-3 from Victor at www.tacticalnightvision.com and also ordered the Lee press kit. I'll be sure to post my review of them and pics after I get them in the next week.

The Lee challenger is a good kit, but you will wish you would have bought a progressive
soon afterwards once you have spent all day to load up 100 rnds (and I do mean all
freakin day). Lee makes some good equipment, and I think the best dies you can get,
hands down.

Have you tried the Forster dies?

Well I got the Micro T-1 yesterday along with the SAR-3 mount from Victor over at www.tacticalnightvision.com. I must say that I'm very impressed with Victor, as he really went out his way for me when making this purchase. I'm really glad I went this route. To go from the scope to the dot all you need to do is slightly twist/angle the rifle to your left and you have your dot on target. This thing is super lightweight and fits very snugly with my Super Sniper 10X with ARMS #22H rings. I really like the intensity levels of the dot. I'm leaving this thing on at setting "8" which is said to have a 5 year life on that setting. Setting "8" is great indoors or at night, but I would set it a few clicks higher if I was going outside. I can't give a full review yet as I haven't zeroed and shot with it yet, but I'll be sure to follow up when I do later on this month.

Here are some pics of it mounted. Sorry for the big & crapy pics.
