I found someone who had a Colt SP1, serial number is SP84619, when was this made? And I was interested in the going value for one in used condition?

Yea, I cant get pictures anytime soon because its about an hour away and a Vietnam vet owns it, he said no forward assist, chrome lined barrel, and THINKS but is not sure that it has the larger takedown pins. Im guessing $600-$800 seems kinda right... but im only a M1A/M14 user

If its a SP1, then its large hole. That price range you gave is great for a SP1. I've yet to see one at a show or shop for less than $1000. Go for it.
