Not to someone in Cali, as they can not be transfered.  

Someone in anohter ban state that allows transfer (CT, NY) they may be worth more.  

Hell I bet Maryland will be joining thier ranks soon  Thankfully I have plenty of receivers and guns! ! ! ! !
