A question for the various piston system users out there.  There are two three similar systems out right now, with a fourth (but different) system just now being introduced.  The three similar ones are the LWRC, the POF and the ARES (I realize Bushmaster and DSA offer systems as well, but these appear to be POF versions, or close enough to the POF to not matter in this case).  The newcomer is the PWS system, but it works differently and our question does not apply in this case.

For the LWRC, POF and ARES systems, how far does the piston travel?  I have read 3/4" is what is required, but I want to get some solid answers.  Looking for technical spec type answers, not speculation.

Thanks!
