how do you put pics on here.

You need to find a picture hosting sight like tinypic, photo bucket, or some place like them.  You load your pictures there, and copy the url to the picture.

Then in the tool bar here in the postreply screen there is a button for adding an immage, that has a picture of a mountain scene on it.  Push that and then paste the url in the window that comes up.  Then you can preview or submit the post.
