 congrats on the new AR!i'll guess its a C-L bbl, so the only "break-in" procedure i can recommend: --field strip, clean and CLP, verify its all in order --take it to the range w/ a few hundred rnds --shoot and sight in til you run outta ammo --repeat step 1 good luck! other break in advice: www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=3&f=118&t=308442 |

Shoot 'till either satiated
 or out of ammo. I ALWAYS run out of ammo first! The Ol' Crew Chief Welcome to "The EBRD", by the way. There is no known cure!

Welcome! Just shoot 100 rounds and clean. The bore should be nice and shiny from the Chrome lining. Now if it had a Match Barrel... whole nother story.

If you'll read your warranty card, RRA states there is no break-in needed. I just fired my Pro-Series Government for the first time this past weekend & did just as others have said -- lubed 'er up good with CLP & took it to the range!
