HI guy's,what kind of accuracy would one expect from a 10.5" lmt upper at a 100 yards rested.

What is that?  4140 steel, chromed lining?  I'd say you could expect typical results and your choice of ammunition would have an influence.  Check out the AR pistol forum and the ammunition forum.

LMT uses mike rock blanks for their barrels so You'll probably see better accuracy than a standard chrome lined barrel.  

My LMT 16'' Chrome lined 1/7 upper would shoot 1'' groups with factory 50gr. Fed power-shock value packs.  Since the length doesn't make that much of a difference in accuracy the 10 1/2'' could possibly do the same.

BTW   LMT uses 4150 not 4140.
