I hit the range yesterday with my AR15 and 1911 to do some reflexive fire drills and shoot and scoot stuff.  It all went pretty well, no jams, no hang ups, everything worked as it should so I just thought I'd share a few pictures from it all that I liked.

The business end of the AR15...and don't worry all ammo was expended before anyone got infront of it.

The business end of the 1911...same disclaimer as above

I really like this pic..it's now my background

This shot was taken as I was advancing on the target and transitioned to my pistol, I love the shot of the muzzle flash.

There were some pics of me moving and shooting but they all turned out pretty blurry but these are the best ones out of them anyway so enjoy.

Next time speeding up shutter speed should help.  I think that's the the golfer icon in your mode selection.

good pics nonetheless

It's a Springfield Armory full-size loaded, it was parkerized but I had it refinished in OD by a local guy who did a damn fine job and for a helluva deal too.   He only charged $90 to strip and refinish it and had it back to me in 5 days, he said he would've only charged me about $40 if I had it already stripped down but my tools were packed up :(  Either way it was much cheaper and faster than going to my local gunsmith or sending it off somewhere to have it done.

As for the blurry pics, I was told they turned out blurry, my fiance was taking the pictures and she had already erased them by the time I looked at them, she's the camera person so I believed her lol.
