Hello,

I have a Colt preban lower which I would like to build into an A2 rifle.  It has the sear block and large diameter FCG holes.  Can the sear block hole be filled with some sort of epoxy or welded once the sear block is removed?  Can the FCG holes we welded or epoxied and redrilled to accept standard pins?  I want to get the receiver as close as possible to an A2.

Thanks

Thanks for the lead Taylor but unfortunately M60 Joe decided he would pass on the job.  No hard feelings, must keep looking.

Thanks
