I have used the SPR grip.... very nice.

Also used the Magpul MAID grip.... nice as well...

Am thinking of trying out one of the Tango Down battle grips next.  Do you guys like them?

What is your fav grip to use?

Haven't tried a Hogue on an AR (yet), but I really liked it on my 1911!

I used to prefer the Hogue grip, that is until I bought the Magpul MIAD.  That is the all around best, hands down. (IMHO)

I must prefer the Hogue rubber grip.  It is contoured to fit my hand much better than the Tango Down Battle Grip.  I have bought and used the Tango Down Battle Grip and it is a very well constructed grip, but it is just too narrow for my hand.

All four of my M4 Carbines have the Hogue grips; just my personal preference. All the aftermarket grips are good, just pick the one that fits your hand the best!

Maid. If you have small or med size hands. Tango Down.

Prefer the A1 over the A2, and the Hogue over both.  Whats best?  Whatever suits you.

Ergo, then MIAD, then Hogue

I like the pierce grip for my 9mm AR's.  This one is plain, but you can get them with finger grooves on the front edge too.  Just put the grip frame on the rifle and then use ANY 1911 grips you want, wraparound or slabs.  You can set the width of the grip by using thick or thin slabs on the frame.

I agree with ALLONS11, The 1911 grip angle, width and depth is the best fit I've ever had.

Only issue I've had with mine was a bit of clearance issues between the top of the left grip panel and the safety/selector.

Perfect solution and with the nearly unlimited selection of 1911 grips on the market, adaptable to fit anyone's needs or wishes.
