Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Stag lower +Bushy Upper

This may be a dumb question but will a Stag 5.56 lower (factory) rec fit a Bushmaster upper 5.56 (factory upper) with no modifications? There is quite a $ diff in my area b/t the two. They are both mil. spec if am am not mistaken and pretty close in quality. Any input is greatly appreciated.
