Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Requesting pics of full size AR's tricked out like M4's

I have a full size Colt AR that I am considering converting to a flat-top, changing the handguards to FOBUS, attaching a light and a vertical grip. I am looking for pics from those of you that have done this to get an idea of what it will look like before I spend the money. Also you comments would be appreciated on how well this conversion does or does not do when handling and shooting the full size rifle.

IMHO there are better handguards than Fobus one.
