The Marine Corps' M16A4 is a 20" flattop, and I'm sure they've had ACOGs thrown on there. The Squad Designated Marksman (SDM) rifle is a 20" flattop with KAC rail forend and an ACOG. |

The Canadian C7 looks almost exactly like that, but they use the Elcan rather than the ACOG. |
