Those of you with AAC rate reducing buffers.. how are they holding up?  How many rounds have you put on them?  Have you ever had to replace any parts (like the rubber bumper rings) on them?  I know these were (still are?) popular with the F/A crowd awhile back.

I have run thousands of rounds through it in my M16.  I dont know if they really serve a purpose in a semi-auto

Ditto.  I've put 1000's of rounds thru my M16 in both 5.56 and 7.62x39.  It works great, no problems.
