Chrome lining makes it easier to clean the rifle, and supposedly makes it more reliable.
Increadable acuracy is gained by using a stainless barrel.   Theoretically a bore snake should make cleaning easier.  How much reliability is lost by using a stainless barrel?

Lost by using a Stainless barrel?  You mean gained?

Stainless > Chromelined > Chromemoly

ETA - Sorry, thought you said accuracy.  Should still be just as reiliable as a chrome-lined.

Accuracy between SS and chrome is: would you rather shoot 1/4 or 1/8 of and inch at 100yds?  To me it doesn't matter becuase 1/4" at 100yds is accurate enough when you weight the benefits of chrome lined milspec steel.

Sometimes the SS barrels are bored at .223 rather than 5.56mm.  A tighter chamber could hinder extraction.
