Just got this added to the line up...
The following have been built using our new18" M18 multi-role barrel. Because of customer input we went with a 1/8 twist instead of the 1/7. Barrels are medium contour(.840), chrome lined and have an 11 degree recessed target crown. 4150 steel. Options include mid-length or rifle length gas system. Barrels     Uppers    Rifles

How much for one with the barrel nut, low profile gas block and no front sight?

What's the benefit of using the carbine length gas system on the 18" as opposed to a rifle length system?

All the 1:8 barrels I've had have been fantastic shooters. Great choice!

I imagine the rifle length gas system would unlock the bolt a bit more gently than mid-length gas would. Might be better if you have delicate optics on it.
