It has been awile since I have bought lowers.

What companies are making milled lowers right now?

Technically most lowers are milled.  The Sundevil is just milled out of solid billet while others are milled out of a forging.

Kristi Tool & Ordnance makes a nice lower milled from billet, if your want to make your own from an 80% lower.
