I have a POF gas piston upper. So far, I like it quite a bit. Its built well, finished really well, and its easy to take apart to maintain. I havent shot it much, I just havent had the time.

I've got a POF. Very high quality. I recommend it. I've never see a LW system, so I can't comment.

I have shot the LW. It is great. With the right buffer, it really feels more like a 10/22 than an AR. The thing is truly first rate. I cannot speak to the POF, but I wanted to throw in a +1 for the LW. The downside is the wait.
