I currently have  a RRA with the normal trigger. Works fine for me but was wondering what advantages the two stage trigger has and if my next gun should have one? Thanks

The advantage is that you get to split the total trigger weight between both stages, and you don't have to do so equally.  A 5 lb two stage with 3 lbs on the first stage and 2 on the second takes only 2 lbs to release the sear.  You still have to pull through 3 lbs to get there, but then you get a really crisp, clean break that no single stage trigger of equal weight can match.

Get it.  If you don't like it you can always come back and sell it here and get a single stage.  They are easy to install and remove.
