Well I've got her finished for now.  There are still a few things I want to do with it.  Thanks goes out to everyone for all the questions that were answered and all the help along the way.  I couldn't have done it without you.  Here are some pictures (sorry for the bad quality) please let me know what you think.

Long story short...received the Troy front from SKD tactical when I had ordered the Troy Rear.  Since the customer service was so good from SKD I decided to keep the front and re-order the Troy rear.  I had already put the FSB on and haven't done anything about it yet.  It doesn't bother me the way it is...but I knew someone would call me out on it.  Damn you guys are fast!

Why are you using 2 front sights?

What color are the receivers?

Standard Grey from Wilson Combat.  Wish I had gotten the black but it's slowly growing on me.

Thanks for the comments guys.  I'm happy with it...and it's icing on the cake that you guys like it as well.

Time for my next build.  I think i'll start from scratch on this one.  That way I can learn more.

It's the TA31.  I absolutely love it.  I've been practicing shooting at moving targets with it...works quite well.  I also like shooting golf balls with it...fills the donut up.  Don't know what else to say except that I really like it.

Trust me...flight instruction doesn't pay that much.  Takes me a while to save up...of course I do computer work on the side that helps pay for the toys.  Thanks.

Just showing you a little more about me.  Everything in that picture is my every day carry items.  (well the gun and watch change at times)

No advertising...just the brands I use.

I think it shows off the "whole person."  Technologically savvy, appreciates quality in the details, selects the best tool for the job at hand, and does it all with STYLE!

That rifle is the epitome of "top notch."  Everything is superb.  I especially like the H&K P7M8!!

Wilsons's are nice weapons, aren't they chrome moly though? With that, for me the price is hard to justify...

Is that the Wilson Combat Armor Tuff finish? If it is, please let us know how it holds up for you.

It is the Armor Tuff finish.  However I don't think I could really give you a good idea on how well it holds up.  While I don't baby my gun...I really haven't done anything that has banged it up yet.  So far so good...but time will tell.  Sorry I could't be more helpful.

It's hard for me to justify paying the price I do for any gun.  You're right though...I had to replace a lot of parts that should have come standard for the price.  Whatever though...right?  Thats why there are different brands out there.  My next one will be a scratch build.  Oh how the questions will fly!
