I am looking at getting flip up sights as back up for my scope. What are you all using?

I have a YHM flip up on one rifle, which I think is great bang for the buck in terms of quality and price.
I have a Diemaco A1 BUIS on another rifle, which I really like, but those are impossible to find. |

Troy flip-up rear + front FSB
Troy flip-up rear + Samson flip-up front |
YHM rear and front for me... I love Yankee Hill Machine parts. I find them to be an incredible deal.

Same here. |

ARMS #40 is my favorite for flip ups.
LMT is my favorite for fixed BUIS. |
2 arms which are nice but a bit canted... They're zero'd about 14 clicks right, but it is just a back up sight... Have a KAC 600 that I love as well...

most guns have a choped A2 and i have one #40.
when i got it i liked the #40 for the wow factor after having it for a while i like the "chinese chopers". the red dot moves from rifle to rifle as needed and i re-zero "to the irons". good luck in your quest. |

His extra.... |

Arms #40 with standard front sight post. Seems to work fine, but I've never used or compared the Arms #40 to another buis.

I've got a couple of Troys that are great, but I just recently picked up a used GG&G "MAD" that I think I'm going to like very much.
YHM front flip gas block / Troy rear it is a good combo
Invisiblesoul |
ARMS 40 on both carbines (one YHM flip up front and one standard front sight), GG&G flip up rear w/ YHM flip up front on full length w/ IOR, rails and Harris (I refuse to calll it SPRish...)

I don't have any optics on my A1 upper. So my backup is extra mags. If I miss with the 1st 30 shots, I have another 120 rounds close by.
ARMS40 on Two. Troy on One . LMT on one. Love the ARMs40 though. I have tryed a magteck and knight flip post. To small for my old eyes.
