I just completed my new M4 KISS carbine.
RRA lower RRA lower parts kit, and BCG RRA carry handle CMT A4 upper CMT/Stag M4 milspec collapsible stock CMMG MOD4 barrel

That carbine has a removable carry handle, A2 sights, a flashlight with pressure switch, and a collapsible stock. You better watch out, the KISS quality assurance officers are gonna be all over you in 5, 4, 3, 2..........

It has the rounded non-Colt fillet in front of the latch as opposed to the flat, square cut like the Colt, but the tube cross section is probably MilSpec Mr. SmartButt.

Great JOB Very NICE!
KISS all the way Mine is about the same only add on is a RED DOT ML2/551 and that because Im older Bushy lower ( wich I hate the snake LOGO btw) Vtlor 551 EOTECH LMT 14.5 with my Phantom From BRAVO COMPANY and CMT carrier/Bolt extra tuff |

Cool build.
Question - Why did you choose to mount the light on the right side with a tape switch instead of on the left side with a clicker tail cap? Either way works, just curious why you choose the way you did? Thanks |

CGV, I generally shoot with my left hand on the lower, just ahead of the mag well. This puts the pressure switch right under my left middle finger. It feels better to me, plus it put the light on the opposite side of my head. I was originally going to build the rifle with an Aimpoint and Arms 40, but I opted for a simpler weapon. Thank you for the positive comments.
