Stag is owned by CMT, and CMT makes much of the parts that other companys use in their AR15s. I think you will find Stag to be at least equal to most of what is currently available in the market.

POF is known for their uppers. They are piston powered and one of the trail-blazers of the resurgence in piston AR technology.
I suppose their lowers (if they have them) are renamed CMT, STAG, DPMS, or similar and are to specification overall POF is a reputable company (see Industry section) |

They are machined billet lowers with stag parts from what I found out about them.
