will a 9mm upper fit on my standard AR15 lower? and what magazine adapter will I need and best place for mags?

also do NFA rules apply to my 9mm upper?

it's a pistol cartrige, and whats the difference if I put a butt stock on my  9mm pistol?

it's a pistol cartrige, and whats the difference if I put a butt stock on my  9mm pistol? Adding a buttstock to a pistol creates an SBR, as the barrel is less than 16".
