If they are relatively new, they may actually be C Products mags.  Someone is selling CP mags using the Stoner name.  You can check there and/or ask for this to be moved to the mag forum...

do you mean Stoner 63 mags? If so, your two best chances are Jerry Tarvle (JT's Guns) or Reed Knight (KAC).
