My 10rd bushy mag will not click in when the bolt is closed.  It won't side in far enough for the mag catch to engage.   I have two plastic dpms 10rd mags that work fine.  Is this normal for the steel mags or is mine just out of spec?  thanks guys

Is the magazine loadded when you try to seat the mag?

The modified 30 round mags to 10 rounds are crap. I put a few holes in mine last year.

It is a bushmaster lower.  Plain bushmaster aluminum(sorry, not steel) 10rd mag that came with the rifle.  It is not a modified 30rd.

My 30rd preban mags work fine also.  Maybe the bushy mag is just garbage?
