Hi Guys,

What should I expect of a 10.5 LMT setup?

I'll be happy with 2MOA at 50 yards.

Thanks

2 MOA at 50 yds translates to about 1 inch at that distance.  Is this what you meant?  I think it  slightly optimistic for ball/irons.  Probably doable with quality handloads.  OTOH, 2 inches at 50 should be no problem with M193/M855.

Good ammo and a good shooter, no problem.

My MRP shoots 2 MOA with ball. It is floated but has an aweful trigger.

my 10.5 MRP would do 1 moa at 100 yards with no problem

I think it would be fair to say that the upper is up to that kind of accuracy.  The shooter is the variable. If you're a good shooter who's good with irons, I don't see why it couldn't make that size of a group.

MRPs have Mike Rock barrels. They are accurate. I am sure that mine would do better with a magnified optic, good trigger and decent ammo. I was using Rem .223 55gr FMJ.

This guy will do 1-2moa all day.....

factory RRA dual stage lower, factory RRA CARA4 upper ADCO-ized.

10.5 is VERY capable.  velocity and fragmentation obviously suffer.  But I remember early MRP 10.5 review getting MOA and under with match ammo.
