Is the Bushy Superlight barrel the same profile and diameter as a factory Colt 11.5 inch Commando barrel? Im wishing to build a Commando clone. I was thinking of having a Bushy Superlight 16 inch cut down  to 11.5. I wonder if Bushmaster would do this work?

I can tell you that Bushmaster will not cut down a superlight barrel.
You can send it to Kurts Kustoms (Industry Forum) or Randall @ ar15barrels.com (He posts here).

I had Kurt cut down a post ban (no bayo lug) Bushmaster lightweight barrel to 14.5 and perment mount a Vortex (16 inch legal).
Looks good, works good.
