Aside from the fact that no one who's been on AR15.com for more than 24 hours would ever consider any weapon that has been within 5 miles of a Hesse assembly warehouse, there is the fact that the Hesse .308 AR was based around FAL mags, which are not AR friendly, and thus the rifle never fed right. AFAIK, less than 100 of these were ever sold, they never had a warranty (nothing Hesse made ever did), and Hesse is legally defunct. Bad design, bad manufacturer, low-quality parts, no replacement parts, no service, and no warranty. Run away. -Troy |

Good NOOB. Now, turn the mag springs around so that the first coil pushes up on the underside of the front of the follower and the second coil locks the bolt stop plunger. Lube the 10 just like you would a 15 BUT also run a teeny weeny bead of TETRA Grease down the four carrier rails, gob the grease fore and aft the cam pin, and put a teeny weeny dot on the back of each bolt lug. You can run it drier during desert SHTF ops, later. Dave S Post pics and range report, ASAP. Congrats. A 50/50 mix of BF CLP and TETRA Grease works great on the carrier rails and friction points of the charging handle. |

Stag is tops -- they're only like 15 minutes from where I live. Good bunch of guys and a good product at good prices.
