I'm thinking about putting in an aftermarket trigger, but can't decide if I should go with an adjustable or non-adjustable model.  Anyone have any experience with either?  This is primarily an IPSC/SHTF carbine.  Do the adjustable ones get squirrely with heavy use?

Two stage, non-adjustable.  Rock River NM is the way to go.

Non-adjustable single stage for "Serious Work".

Two stage is great if you have to engage outside of 100 yards with a "Surgically Placed Shot", but other than that, it's not necessary IMHO.

I have a Rig that has >$4200.00 in it, and it still has the original Bushy trigger. I did have a Bushy 2 stage at one time, but put the original back in for reliability purposes. KISS principle combined with "Murphy's Law" thought process.

From what I have read, the JPS single stage is a great option.

Yeah, all those Garands were sooooo unreliable.....

There are significant reliability differences between a trigger full of adjustments and one that has none, even though they both may be two stage units.

BTW, my RRA NM has been fired probably close to 10K times between actual firings and dry firings, and it's still going strong.
