At what range should I sight in my EOTech on a 14.5" barrel?

At what range should I zero my back up iron sights?

typical 100yard? 150 yard? or a combat zero?

Here are some Zero Trajectories for you to consider:  ZeroTrag

Personally, I use the standard "bubba zero" at25 yards and re-adjust when shooting at outdoor ranges.  Most of the indoor ranges I shoot at are 25 yards, so this makes perfect sense for me.

Basically, I suggest setting your zero for the main distance you plan to be shooting at.  If you will shoot at 50 yards most of the time, zero at 50.  The same holds true for any other distance you shoot at.

BTW, there is a dedicated Optics forum here. That's really where you should have posted your question.
