Im thinking about buying one of these, but i have questions.  First off does anyone have one? if so tell me about it.  Also with the predator rail, or i guess any rail that has a sleeve over the upper receiver, how much does it affect sight picture, is it hard to line up the sights? do you need some sort of cheek rest or somthing?  I would put an Eotech on it.  Is it worth the extra money, the other option i think would be a CMMG midlegnth m4 type of some sort.  let me know what you guys think.

First a disclaimer..... I do not own one

I have read a great deal about them, sat in on numerous discussions about them, and heard from some die-hard owners.

They are a reliable option for a piston-system conversion, complete upper, or rifle

The POF-USA web site is decent, and they have a dedicated forum here at AR15.com (link below)

Best bet is to read all the threads in both the Leitner-Wise Forum, and the Patriot Ordnance Factory Forum since they will often draw comparisons that are universal to the POF systems and their own.

Read up, and post some questions in those and you will get better response
