i could use some help ,i want to use a POF gas piston upper. what would be a great lower to go with it? thanks was thinking of a LMT lower

go with whatever you please they are just lowers


try to avoid vulcan/hesse along with cast lowers

Well......there is a build section, and if you are asking about building, you may get more answers there.  

If you just want a preassembled lower, it really doesn't matter with most makes.
