CMT from Denny's Guns or G&R. Or any of the vendors in the industry forum for that matter. I seem to get most of my receivers from those two places.

Like Mongo said CMT (Continental Machine and Tool) from Denny or G&R or even JTAC Supply (Jason is a great guy to deal with) eitherof those places you will find the best deal for an extremely well made upper |

cmt has a nice finish on it and if wanted they offer "true m4" feedramps
