What are the advantages of having a heavy barrel on a carbine compared to a gov. profile barrel?

Has anyone experienced overheating issues with gov. profile barrels?

Which would be better to have for a carbine? Stability? Accuracy? ETC?

Thank you for you input!

HBAR: heavier, usually cheaper, takes more rnds to heat up, but longer to cool down too...

govt: lighter, easier to heat up and cool down

both will give you similar accuracy

i'd go w/ the govt profile
