Hi all.
O.K. Gurus from CA, I seeking for your help. Is there anything in the CA assault gun laws forbid me to change the old barrel to a new one on a registered gun? If there is not, are there limitations as to what kind, length or type of barrel as far as flash hider, flash suppressor goes? I think that federal laws allows for the importation of new barrel interstates now that the ban has expired, but some shop will not send it to me. Two more question. With the Federal ban expired, are guns that manufactured after 1994 still consider as "Post Banned" since they still selling barrels classified as "Pre and Post" ban. My was made and bought in 1997 and the barrel am looking at is listed as Pre Ban. Would this be O.K to put on my registered gun? I thank you all very much for the help.

Neil.
