Anyone use the KNS Perma-Pin?  It replaces the cotter pin in the Bolt-Carrier Group.  Just wondering if it's worth it or a waste.

From The KNS Website:
"Replaces standard cotter pin found in the bolt carrier to retain the firing pin. The cotter pin is difficult to install at times and is subject to breaking. Fully guaranteed."

I have never had a problem with the standard pin.

A quality cotter pin will work just as well...

yes

seen several bad pics of these bending, breaking, basically failing.

the cotter pin is a real pain the ass, but the solid pin is asking for trouble
