Looking at the one with the cap screws. Is it possible to knock it out of alignment.

I have a Yankee Hill Machine flip up front sight on one of my rifles and have had no issues with it.  I carry the rifle as a patrol carbine and have not had any problems with the sight being knocked out of alignment.
