I have an A2 (fixed carring handle) Carbine type set up.  What are my options for mounting my EOTech Model 552 so it is co witnessed with the iron sights?

Pretty much the best way to do it would to buy a free float forearm rail system and mount the EOtech to that in a scout type configuration.  There are plenty of good FF rail systems out there including Daniel Defense, LaRue, Midwest Industries, etc.
