Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Do I need any lower changes to switch to a 9mm upper?

I found a complete Rock River 9mm A2 upper.  I would like to swap the 9mm upper for the .223 A2 upper on my Colt Match Target Lightweight.

Are additional parts or service required to run this upper?  What mags do Rock River 9mm upper's use?

A mag block and a 9mm hammer or DPMS Hammer or a cut M16 hammer.
